Structural Design
Top Layer: Typically made of soft, skin-friendly materials such as chemical fiber hot-air fabric and viscose fiber layers. The chemical fiber hot-air fabric provides a soft touch while keeping the surface dry, and the viscose fiber layer functions to absorb and guide menstrual blood quickly into the absorbent core.
Flow-Guide Absorption Section and Lift Section: Located in the middle of the top layer, the flow-guide absorption section extends backward into the lift section, both composed of chemical fiber hot-air fabric and viscose fiber layers. The flow-guide absorption section usually features flow-guide seams to direct menstrual blood, allowing it to gather in the inner cavity and be absorbed by the core. The lift section can be adjusted by the user for height according to personal needs, ensuring a better fit in the gluteal groove and preventing posterior leakage.
Absorbent Core: Includes upper and lower layers of soft non-woven fabric and an absorbent core placed between them. The absorbent core consists of a cross-fiber layer and superabsorbent polymer beads. The cross-fiber layer is typically a flocculent mesh layer made by hot-pressing plant fibers arranged in a crisscross pattern, with the superabsorbent polymer beads embedded in it. This structure gives the core high strength, maintaining good structural integrity after absorbing menstrual blood without breaking, clumping, or shifting easily.
Backsheet: Features good breathability and leak-proof properties, preventing menstrual blood from seeping through while allowing air circulation to reduce stuffiness.
3D Barriers and Elastic Leak-Proof Edges: The top layer has 3D barriers on both sides, with the inner side connected to the top layer and the outer side suspended above it. Inside, there is a floating core containing an absorption cavity, floating pieces, and superabsorbent polymer beads, significantly enhancing the barrier's absorption capacity and effectively preventing side leaks. Elastic leak-proof edges with embedded elastic bands are also placed between the 3D barriers and the top layer, ensuring a snug fit against the skin and further improving side leak prevention.
Functional Features
Excellent Leak Prevention: The unique lift structure, combined with the flow-guide absorption section, fits well into the gluteal groove, directing and pooling menstrual blood to gather excess fluid in the inner cavity, effectively preventing side and posterior leakage. Users can adjust the height of the lift section to further enhance posterior leak protection.
Strong Absorption Performance: The high-strength absorbent core, with its cross-fiber layer and superabsorbent polymer bead design, enables fast and high-capacity absorption, quickly soaking up menstrual blood to keep the surface dry and prevent overflow.
High Comfort: The materials are soft and skin-friendly, causing no irritation. Additionally, the lift design can be adjusted to personal needs, better adapting to different body postures and activities, reducing displacement and discomfort during use, and enhancing overall wearing comfort.
